So ask yourself what can you do today which is new? In what way can you try something new? Or learn something different? Remember, as @lexie points out "it doesn't need to be aggressive" in fact the smaller the better and more sustainable. Can you take a new route to work? Try a different coffee order? Try a new workout class? Visit a new exhibition? 👨🏻🎨
