Creativity & Fear

Knowing and accepting the value creativity holds is one thing. Starting to introduce more creative play into our lives is another. It can often become scary and daunting...overwhelming even. 😭​​​​​​​​

THIS fear mostly stems from our want to make something perfect / worthy / productive / for praise / important. 🖼️ But what we forget is how beneficial and restorative and regenerative the actual ACT of creative play is for our mind, bodies and souls! 🌞 ​​​​​​​​

The work is in the process of doing, rather than the product at the end of this process. 🌅 The process is where we fall and learn, where we grow, where we see what we like and don't like, the process is the presence - it's our joy, flow state, connection, instinct. 🐘​​​​​​​​
